Quick question: If Saiyans can create artificial moons to transform into the Oozaru form due to the blutz waves washing over them Why do they even need to make an artificial moon to begin with? The fact that they can create a ball of blutz waves means they can already create it within themselves Therefore, every saiyan should be capable of becoming an Oozaru at will once they learn to create artificial moons, tail or no-tail, If the tail is required for Oozaru transformation, this point could still hold water considering Broly(Super)'s wrathful form is harnassing the power of Oozaru in base form. Therefore, a tailless saiyan theoretically harnessing the Blutz waves within themselves from their ability to create an artificial moon could trigger the wrathful form instead of an Oozaru transformation. The Wrathful form only being thought of later is why this isn't possible earlier in the series. However, Vegeta, who knows how to create artificial moons, should theoretically be able to trigger his own variation of the Wrathful Form via this hypothetical method.
